>You have to factor in all the poisons intentionally added to cigarettes, cleaning supplies, water, etc.

Yeah I was actually kidding. Smoked for 15 years and just 3 days ago I took mushrooms and decided I didn't want to do it anymore. Went completely cold turkey, I don't even have any withdrawal symptoms or cravings or anything. Pretty based.

>No withdrawls or cravings yet.. when you do dont give in!

I've tried quitting before, it's never been like this. I would have cravings hard, restlessness, irritability and all that other shit then cave and keep smoking. I have exactly none of that. It's completely different.

>Reminds me of that African shrub root that gives someone an 8hr hallucinogenic trip that gets people off opiates in only one dose called Ibogaine.

Yeah I wouldn't mind getting my hands on some of that.

>Mushrooms are THE best at ridding depression and addictions.

Yeah they're based. I wasn't expecting to try and quit but as I was looking up at the sky I said I didn't want to smoke anymore and made the decision.

>Might be helpful since I'm still struggling with a nicotine habit.

>What kind of and daily a small dose?

Nah, just take a gram or two, trip and decide to quit smoking if you want to quit. That's what I did.
