No withdrawls or cravings yet.. when you do dont give in! At the end of the day or the beginning go for a run. Run hard. It will curb your addiction way more. I quit smoking 2 years and 3 months ago. Running has the opposite impact on your wellbeing but a similar reward to your pleasure center in your brain.
