https://earthengine.google.com/timelapse/

the timelapse feature of google earth did display to me that a lot of port constrution was going on in Rhodes (an Island of Greece off the coast of Asia Minor).

So I decided to give a look at Beirut.

The cargo ship shows up in the 2013 photo, and is there in the rest of the photos.

I have no quesses about what it means why and the insurance 'thing'.

the insurance thing is a curious part.

Underwriting is supposed to protect us from these kinds of psycho-criminal neglects of rich Ukrainians and other multi-immoral multi-criminal miscreants who set up this kind of . . . situation (they put the bolder at the top of the mountain.).

why did not the insurance mafias have their sloothes out hounding and saying 'this ain't right, you either move this cargo or no one in this town gets insurance.'

but no, they don't do that.

so the criminality of the 'insurance' grift is also exposed. It's all connected.

underwriters should be held liable.

insurance fraud is the thing that needs exposure.

full accounting and auditing of costs of all for this, because mandatory insurance is actually taxation. And clearly the underwriters are not doiung thier jobs.

Insurance underwriters can be brought up on manslaughter charges?

If they ignore 2750 tonnes of explosive in a harbor where little boys go fishing with their dads, maybe so.
