Have had a general working theory that blacks have been purposely used to create hate in the country. Then it's transferred to the people the DS wanted the US to invade. They were used as training wheels for the war machine. Hard to get peope to want to kill other people if they don't "hate" them. You need to create a level of hate for easy manipulation.
