My working theory is that Jill Kelly, her sister and Broadwell were just honeypot operators. After Extortion 17, white-hats decided to trigger the honeypots. Allred is likely a mercenary who works for both sides if the price is right.

I think Benghazi happened after the decision was already made by white-hats to go against cabal generals and it only did strengthened their resolve to remove Patraeus and Allen. Following this incident Allan was removed as ISAF commander and replaced by Dunford. Dunford later replaced another possible cabal general, Martin Dempsey, as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 2015. It was also in 2015 when Dunford had dinner with PDJT (and possibly asked him to run for president), this was mentioned during Milley's swearing-in ceremony by PDJT himself when Milley replaced Dunford as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in September 2019.
