Excuse me? Anyone else find this absurd? You can make Guacamole with a fork. I have seen it made in blenders and food processors. I don't recommend it as chunky is better. I digress... What kind of damn food processor that would be used to make Guacamole could kill someone? Industrial size, like in a factory?

Have you ever seen Guac that wasn't fresh? I thought maybe something like photo is flash pasteurized? Seems like a reach.
