So in the mean time, corporations have made policies based on these 'studies' and have allowed, and by doing so, encouraged these mental-fruitcakes to transition while they work and will be protected in the workplace while doing so. Employees better follow the new rules

I worked with a guy named Spencer for a couple years and then he transitioned to Sara, and Home Depot backed IT the whole way.
