To me sound like communists, Marxism bull cr@p. Not very happy about this move by company.
The explosion looks like above ground, but quickly cratered below the water line, vaporizing the water, creating the underwater vapor cone type of explosion. A hybrid above/below water event.
I also notice that bright flash before the explosion.
