Mark, ask Barr why the DOJ is institutionally incapable of apply the law equally to themselves as they do to us the common people?

Lie to the FBI and you to jail. Lying by the FBI/DOJ is OK since, well the DOJ is special and the normal rules do not apply to "our guys".
