I hate to say this but Chinese nationals should be very closely watched. A lot of them have that "China grows larger and is #1" idea drilled into their heads and China will always be their home no matter what.
I'm fairly sure China intentionally sends students and professionals into the USA for long term stays just so that they can pilfer and send back technological and intellectual property secrets back to China. Multi pronged strategy. Flood USA with overpowered cheap synthetic drugs to start eroding the population strength alongside with chemically laced baby food, clothes and other consumer goods. In the mean time send Chinese nationals as long term seeds that will gestate, nurture and blossom into full blown spy seeds.
