Inslee got 51% of the mail-in primaries. Given the ''ABSOLUTE NONSENSE'' he's perpetrated (granted he's not Cuomo but that's not a good excuse) and the fact that Culp, the slimiest word-saladiest of the republicans came in a distant 2nd, you can't convince me that WA state isn't still completely open to having all positions purchased ahead of the vote, completely regardless of the will of the people.
