It's possible the blackout is for television, hence we won't "see" POTUS for awhile.
If things go hinky, POTUS may take down tv (which only gives fake news anyways) and activate the EBS to reach the masses.
Didn't His Tech Guy/ Campaign Manager Brad Parscale say they had new tech that they will use to "reach everyone"....SOON? Very soon?
