Yes. I have had stuff disappear. Not whole folders (yet) but one file in particular I had was a video clip of the Clintons at Mem Day Parade. Pretty sure it was May 2018 but clearly Hillary was a body double. Last time I went to use it, gone. That's the most recent incident that comes to mind but there have been others.
