Anyone know about this place. One of the VA Beach's board member's daughters is getting mentions by Michelle Obama…and the Board member is a fully trained on "Community Organizer" with lots of interesting facebook and linkedin content…while at the same time, the VA Beach organization is partnering with Darkness to Light.
