I hear this as "we have actionable intelligence of an impending attack". Despite the bluster of "we have it all" and "patriots in control", I don't think they do.
The cabal has, cumulatively, more power than the United States alone and likely have access to nuclear devices. POTUS is going to have to stay light on his feet, not be a stationary target.
I think POTUS is on the run.
