My working theory is that the "October Surprise" will implicate so many big names in absolutely undefendable crimes (following the trail from the Durham report in September(?) and that by the time 11.3 rolls around, the "arrest announcement of Mr. Podesta" will seem like a given, and something every normal person will be screaming for.
