The post office has less employees willing to work during COVID. The brave postal workers are expected to cover for shortage of staff.
Expectations are to work beyond the hours paid. Get the job done regardless, but the workers are not compensated for overtime.
He said mail is not being delivered. I personally experienced, mail getting postmarked a month after l mailed it. By then l had resent through FED EX at a $25 cost. The post office mail arrived three days after the FED Ex mail arrived. It was a title, so l had to get a copy to mail the second time.
