Stupid is as stupid does. Unless we were 100% locked down this won't work any better than the first lock down.
There are too many exceptions to a lockdown (essential services) another lockdown won't accomplish anything positive, but it would wreck the economy again.
And, if the lockdown were to magically work, it would have to be world-wide in scope. Allow a few border jumpers in and we'd be right back where we started.
