I believe there's actually something to this, maybe not the tinfoil hat though. I find when I sleep in my daughter's basement guest room or in remote places without cell/radio/tv coverage I wake more rested and have more normal dreams.

I believe this strongly enough that I have lived in a place with no RF coverage to speak of for the last 40 years. Metal roof on house, everything grounded, wifi off at night. Sleep quite well. Can't sleep well in a city at all. Closest one is nearly a hundred miles away. I think it's why people sleep so soundly when camping or backpacking.
