The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) (Public Law 116-136) included $150 billion appropriated directly to State, territorial, tribal, and some local governments through the Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) to cover costs incurred due to the COVID-19 emergency. As of the latest report from the Treasury Inspector General regarding State expenditures, more than $80 billion of CRF dollars remain available, to supplement the billions of dollars States have received in other Federal assistance, such as the $8.8 billion in emergency assistance provided under the Stafford Act (42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.). In addition, the Department of Homeland Securityโ€™s Disaster Relief Fund (DRF), has more than $70 billion in emergency assistance funding available.

I am hereby directing the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to assist in providing benefits from the DRF, and am calling upon the States to use their CRF allocation, to bring continued financial relief to Americans who are suffering from unemployment due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

To provide financial assistance for the needs of those who have lost employment as a result of the pandemic, I am directing up to $44 billion from the DRF at the statutorily mandated 75 percent Federal cost share be made available for lost wages assistance to eligible claimants, to supplement State expenditures in providing these payments. At least $25 billion of total DRF balances will be set aside to support ongoing disaster response and recovery efforts and potential 2020 major disaster costs.

She conflates the old "Veteran's Choice" program from 2014 with this:

==VA MISSION Act and New Veterans

Community Care Program==

POTUS signed the VA Mission Act of 2018 which continues the Veterans Choice and then replaces it with the Veterans Community Care Program.

The new program expands the criteria for those who seek care outside of the VA health care system. For example, it allows a veteran to go to a private provider if the โ€œcovered veteran and the covered veteranโ€™s referring clinician agree that furnishing care and services through a non-Department entity or provider would be in the best medical interest of the covered veteran.โ€

Yea, if that is what's on journos minds to the degree of badgering it tells me that bashing him for CV19 is no longer working as a topic! Especially since all their narratives have come crashing down around them, as usual.

โ€œChong Sik Yu and Yunseo Lee are accused of violating U.S. export laws by sending electronics components with military applications to Hong Kong and China,โ€ said Acting U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss. โ€œTogether with the Commerce Department and all of our law enforcement partners, we will continue to protect our national security by preventing dual-use technologies from being sent abroad without the required licenses.โ€

Nice! But we could package and sell your local honey or perhaps develop and sell (online) methods for what you are doing so others can also do the same, perhaps. If you can do organic fresh shrimp that would be amazing. We could flash freeze and sell. Or maybe there is some type of byproduct that can be sold in bulk. Skill set here would be sales, marketing, promotion, distribution, sweat equity and some cash for partnership. Well, we are anon here but I am seriously trying to find some like-minded great people to partner with in start-up fashion.
