→Pro - if forwarded even without the hashtag, others may pick it up and retweet.
→Con - Memes without hashtag have a longer lifespan and can be used in multiple campaigns. Or the hashtag used to forward it can be quickly be changed, allowing for more flexible response to enemy action.
I lean towards no hashtag on memes.
I'm a meme maker, not a meme dropper.
The only way I know to archive (memes) is to download them (fullsize) individually, then store them someplace(s).
I never archived a whole thread & have no idea how board owners/ mods / master archivists do that.
