I have always owned a small business that is dead due to the Virus and not coming back until long after people can gather in groups and ALSO recovered from their financial hit to have spare money to spend. Not complaining just stating facts. My small business took a hit immediately when ingratiation happened. The loss was manageable until the virus.

Spouse is employed and an essential worker. The loss of my income might be reduced greatly to a point I can afford my bills without choosing which to pay.

I am confused about POTUS EO regarding payroll taxes.

Does this include federal income tax or is it JUST social security/medicare withholding?
