Personally, I've always carried every day, but I was also a firearms instructor who use to shoot competition. If you're going to carry, know the laws, get some training and carry the phone number of your lawyer on a piece of paper, why on paper? Cause they will likely take your phone. Just be safe out there!
Yeah, that would explain the military helmet and night vision, very expensive and not something you buy at walmart. And yeah, IF that's him, he's not someone you'd want to fuck with……….
