The Abrahamic tribes were already in Egypt and influenced Egyptian theology around the time of The Book of the Dead.

Having said that both quotes are from Wikipedia so take it with a pinch of salt. I have always tended to believe that Akhenaten and his deviation from traditional religious tradition was influenced by the monotheism of the Hebrews.
