The Likelihood of someone being right…

…increases in direct proportion

To the intensity others try to prove them wrong.

 

Years ago, a group of us were sitting around and one guy

asked if any of us had bought any bitcoin.

Instantly a few of the guys started ridiculing him and

being the wizards of smart they were, tried to educate

him on how stupid he was.

 

Later on, as we were leaving I approached him and asked

where I could buy bitcoin and he told me. I figured I

could throw a couple hundred dollars at it just in case

it did turn out to be something.

 

It did.

So much for the wizards of smart who ridiculed him.
