Haven't been researching much lately, power outage, but I was glad to see Manhattan Judge Analisa Torres ruled to count votes that were in by June 25th, not stragglers. I went to school with her…..glad to know she wasn't turned to the dark side. Naturally, her ruling is being appealed by the Board of Elections.
