I think it's notably coincidental that her surgery, which she hasn't explained the reason for, occurred on the day her years long lawsuit finally ended and 2000+ pages of court documents were unsealed.
Of course cervical spine surgeries can be conducted through the anterior aspect of the neck. It's the symbolism that's suspect.
