Roth Britain wants war so sets stages with white helmets. The US & France pretend to stand together with Britan against Russia. But Russia's in on it and once the majority of the Britsh fleet is confined to the Med, Russia, France and the US can all join forces for a quick and decisive naval victory.
Absolutely nothing to base this one but wouldn't surprise me either.
