Gorsuch - DeepState plant to make them think Trump was stupid. Kavanaugh - White Hat sent in to tear SCOTUS a new asshole/Scalia on steroids. I finally figured it out - POTUS gave them a working majority so they would arrogantly overlook that the White Hats flipped Roberts and vote the way White Hats tell him to vote. Every vote Roberts makes is for optics (you must show them), and when POTUS needs his vote (wall, DACA). They figured it out too late. Roberts & Kavanaugh have been setting them up big time.
Now, everything the Court has considered for the last 40+ years will be attacked and most of it will be successfully overturned. Roe v Wade just lost it's last support with what's coming. So did Gay Marriage. State by State has to deal with it.
I never saw it Q+. Finally - You're going to make the State Governments do Health Care, Gay Marriage, Abortion, Education, all of it. You're turning the USA back into a Foreign Affairs Office and referee for State Commerce while living only off tariffs generated by Foreign Trade deals. The States have to deal with everything else. You're pushing every decision you can down to the lowest level of Government that can deal with it. I finally get it.
