I never believed the US was implicated..which is what the reason for asking Planefags to look further into it was..I do believe there are bad actors in Iran who would love to have the US implicated for many reasons, the first which is POTUS backing out of the Non Iran deal, deal..(was never signed by Iran they just wanted to extort money from the US). Secondly POTUS has placed heavy sanctions on Iran which further hurts them economically. In terms of your posts..there were no real explanations..I don't believe Russia has a role either what do they have to gain from Lebanon. Personally thinking this is the work of the Global Cabal, Israel and France perhaps..but no sauce to prove at the moment. France is on the radar as they have had a semi controlling relationship with Lebanon since the 1600's and Lebanon, just signed the Paris Climate agreement in Feb 2020, What better way to get them in line and make them do whatever France wants, as they will need many things to rebuild and move forward.
