So went shopping today at a Ralph's here in southern Commifornia. It's like a Kroger's store. As I was walking out, I checked my receipt. They charged me $.93 for a "change shortage." Except I paid with a debit card. I showed the manager and they gave me back the $.93 in CHANGE. kek …. fucking assholes.
