I absolutely believe this is what is planned, or something very similar. Joe Biden is really having to ham it up to make Hillary seem more palatable after her sore-loser rant for four years straight. It's the first time she's ever shut up for any length of time. I believe they have her in an induced coma somewhere to keep her from spilling the beans.
