A fire that is out of control, then you will see a big explosion, right???

They need to shooot those Rioters that are trying to burn down the Portland Court House with ice bullets, that way, the ice melts and can't determine who shot it and if they do get caught they can just say they were using the "ice" bullets to put out the fire and they missed….ooops!!…kek….Parody!!!
