both are appliances that require basic skills.
there's redmail, and there's mailina box, that I can think of offhand.. there's likely others by now.. I looked at this last 4 years ago
the hardest part is getting the dns configured.. this is something a script with knowledge of popular providers could do. so it's no excuse as to why something like this is not more accessible.
