TLDR: God bless anon. Explore some new ideas, have faith, and trust yourself.
I like working from home, and hate being physically inside a corrupt system around brainwashed colleagues who are loyal to it. And I believe many parents would like to transition their kids away from govt schooling to some type of customizable online education, where the parents have some choice on the curriculum and can select the teachers they want their kids to learn from. So if it were me, I would be brainstorming about how I could provide my services in a new paradigm outside the status quo. Maybe offering online classes that parents can enroll their homeschoolers in, or one-on-one personalized tutoring, according to the standards for official home schooling credits. Or something like that. I don't know all the legal angles and govt requirements.
But if you prefer being there physically in person, be proud of the opportunity, knowing how important it is that the kids have a trustworthy adult in their lives who is not brainwashed and sold-out, especially now. Maybe that's your role for now, and how God will be using you. If so, He will guide you as you go. It will probably be a balancing act of doing what you know is right, while not unnecessarily making yourself a target to be made an example of (like that teacher in AZ who was fired for promoting Q in his classroom.) But you won't need to have all the answers in advance, and He will show you which rules you need to stand against or not, when to speak out or not, and how to be a steady light in a dark place to the students, without ruining your career by trying to battle the entire system yourself.
Another possibility is that this might be the time to decide that a corrupt govt school system is just not where you can be your best, and perhaps you're being lead to find a new way to provide value to others and earn a living, doing something more compatible with who you are and how you want to effect the world.
Just some thoughts without knowing your situation or anything.
But no matter what, "trust in yourself" as Q says, and trust the highest power who knows the end from the beginning and is able to guide you and make your work most effective.
