I was told, on this board, that this "en banc" review simply could not happen. Yet here we are. Career suicide and the cliff hyperbole, it only applies to you and I. They are safe.

This is not a great day. It's proof, that somehow, no matter what, the deep state can always work up another legal challenge. In any country where the people ruled, Sullivan would have been fired months ago. We are losing badly. Let me know when any of those corrupt judges see any federal time.
