CSPAN only has audio - which leads me to assume that no video is available. Hard even for me as a hearing person to 'follow the action' - espec since the judges seem to be delaying, distracting, bullshitting, etc. - anything to keep the case alive. I have to say - it's pretty frustrating to listen to, coz it's more like a rather boring play than any real legal proceeding. if I say, you're not missing much, that would be true. But i'm still sorry you can't follow this frustrating, boring, essentially illegal procedure.
