Barr is holding classified info that's he's not releasing to the court system. That classified info was part of the decision to drop prosecution of Flynn, but the classified part was not given to Sullivan.
My guess is that the judges have been told to get Flynn back before Sullivan so he can drag out that classified stuff. Barr has to be painted as corrupt so that Barr is forced to release the classified info to prove he's not.
This means bad guys don't know what the fuck is going on. Dire straits bullshit is what we're seeing.
Hypotheticals are bluster and bullshit. If you don't have the law or facts on your side, pound the table.
It's going to the SC. Judges can't get schooled in a hearing, then vote against Flynn without some kind of cover.
