In this article, https://www.wnd.com/2020/07/pro-biden-video-voice-america-triggers-investigation/, it states;

“VOA, established in 1942, is considered the top U.S. agency for global media outreach.

"In fact, it is a U.S. government tax payer funded international broadcast entity with an annual budget of roughly $234.7 million. The agency has employees roughly 1,078 people, as well as hundreds of foreign contractors. The Biden political ad presents a possible serious Hatch Act violation," Carter reported.”

“Carter said: "The VOA Biden political ad not only reached American voters, but its Urdu platform is viewed by audiences in Pakistan, India and Afghanistan. The video, which aired on or about July 22, was also posted on VOA's website, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram platforms. As previously reported by this website, Biden’s speech was lifted from an online event he participated in for Emgage Action's 'Million Muslim Votes.'"”

This is very concerning. As you should be aware, the largest Arab community is in Dearborn, MI. I spoke with a nurse who worked in the Dearborn hospital in early 2000s and she informed me about an experience of a paramedic who responded to a call that a woman was about to give birth. He arrived at a house and was led into the basement where he discovered that there were about 30 other Middle Eastern women about to give birth. Apparently, they would come to America to give birth and then fly back to their homeland. Also, there was a doctor who gave them guidance how to do this. I suggested to her that she should disclose this to the press or government, however she stated that they signed a nondisclosure which prohibits her from doing so.

Are those children American citizens living abroad with voting rights?
