HOREE SHIT. Just finished listening to the Flynn hearing for the second time (except the one arguing for the Sullivan side). Found I missed so much the first time. There was a distinct difference between the 10 judges interaction between Gen. Flynn's attorney Sidney Powell and the Government's Solicitor General Jeffrey Wall.
Sidney knocked it out of the park. But she was arguing for her client. There was very little the judges could argue against with Sidney. A couple of them tried but Sidney quickly & factually shut them up. The 10 judges didn't put up an argument against Flynn.
With S.G. Wall, who was arguing for the Government, it was just the opposite. Damn near all 10 of them, acting like cnn/msnbc anchors and House dems, cut Jeff off before he could answer (reclaiming their time) over and over again. Threw up the craziest hypotheticals their deranged minds could conjure up. One of them was what if it was the Attorney General who the district judge saw taking a suitcase full of cash? Can the district court not do anything about that?
Deduction: That 10 member court is anti-American Government. They showed themselves as being part of the internal coup d'etat forces.
