There's a real easy way to gauge the psychopath elite's outlook on the Cabal - White Hat Civil War. When gold / silver go up they believe the White Hats will prevail. When gold /silver go down they believe the Cabal/Fed Reserve/Rothschild banks have the edge. They're so vicious they'll even bet against themselves if they think they'll profit.
