Mueller is a neutralized gray hat. Not white hat, and no longer black hat. He took a deal to do the Special Counsel, help investigate the swamp, help out Trump team, keep the distraction of an ongoing investigation that is always on the verge of implicating Trump, and buy time for Q team. Mueller knows there is no Trump Russia collusion. His hands are also dirty, but Trump has freed him. Mueller will not "find" evidence on Trump, nor hang him. All will work out well. Trump is not worried about Mueller.
