Looked in DoS FOIA reading room; search terms "Kamala Harris" and as usual, one thing leads to another. Got a single hit - the 'qualifications' document for Noah Marmet, the hussein appointed ambassador to Argentina. The appointment was embroiled in controversy since it was apparent to all that his appointment was based more on how much money he raised for hussein (at least $3.2 Million) than by his qualifications. According to wiki: "In 2014, fifteen former presidents of the State Department Employees Union (AFSA) made an official request to reject Mamet's nomination to ambassadorship.." and "AFSA issued a letter to the U.S. State Department urging it to "oppose granting of Senate consent to these three candidates."[26] The letter was the first of its kind, which set a new historical precedent to ambassadorial designations in the U.S.[26]" Won't be a bit surprised to hear that Noah will be involved in fundraising for the JoTo campaign.
Meanwhile, Noah has been busy leveraging his Venezuelan experience. Article from July 2019: "Mamet – who after leaving his diplomatic post has consulted for a range of international businesses and the massive global law firm DLA Piper – revealed he has been working with a number of US firms such as Amazon and Disney to explore investment opportunities in Argentina."
and
"Mamet also highlighted Disney, another client and major investor in Argentina. The entertainment giant has a sizeable office in the provincial city of Pilar, where the majority of Disney's Spanish-language content is exported from. The company translates television, feature film and radio programmes there.
'I don’t think many Argentines realise what a big operation Disney has right here [in Argentina],” Mamet said. “It’s not a theme park, but it’s a very big business.'"

(side note: In 2017, Mamet joined the advisory board of H Code Media, a digital advertising platform reaching US Hispanic consumers. H Code Media had some good information re: reaching hispanic 'consumers'. Thought it would be good to share for use by Digital Soldiers in the Meme Division.)
