Was always afraid to get a smartphone due to simply observing what it was doing to co-workers & family. People are TOO addicted to fakebook, and thinking/everything being done FOR them. Most people don't even know anyone's phone number, including of immediate family, OR simple driving directions or how to look at a map…. need somthing telling them what should be obvious to them (make a left at the next corner…).
This is scary. They'd need a straightjacket should they lose their smartphones!
People need to be DETOXED from these dependency addictions.
Do carry a trusty flip-phone for peace-of-mind, as there are no more convenient pay-phones to use if in a pickle.
