Serious question…maybe I'm not understanding but wouldn't everyone who gave these documents a "classified" indicator and anyone who viewed these documents be complicit in any malfeasance related to this case? If you read these documents back in 2017 and exculpatory and/or incriminating evidence were contained in them, wouldn't that make you somehow "involved" in that case?
