Which is why everyone who wants it should be able to get HCQ. HCQ reduces your risk of infection drastically. You can't spread what you don't have. Our approach is ass-backwards for sure.

 

US/Western medical approach: Test people, find out they are "positive" (PCR testing is apparently, crap, but oh well) then send them home to see if they get severely ill. If they get severely ill rush them to the hospital so that they can come in contact with all the hospital germs plus generate massive numbers of viral particles around health care workers and sick people. Next, give them remdesivir so that their kidneys can fail (one reported side effect apparently) and if they are lucky they will need an expensive kidney transplant.

 

Third world countries: Can't afford all the BS. Give their citizens an off patent pill costing, what ? 60 cents to be taken once every two weeks. Very, very few illnesses, no expensive hospital care, few deaths.
