Last night the military had the big hitter of recon a RC-135 patrolling the Texas/Mexico border.
Usually it is the smaller less capable RC/MC-12 Beechcraft planes or an EC-130.
If not they can use it for toilet paper.

A Russian civvy roll on roll off ship carrying a small fast patrol boat, a bunch of trucks and a bridge passed through the Bosphorus heading for Syria.
Call me out if I am wrong but this looks like supplies for rebuilding Syria rather than warfighting.
Also note that it is pretty quiet in Syria as far as military operations are concerned.
