I prefer the darker or cyberpunk stuff myself because they use modern bass and drum kits but there are some really creative artists out there reinventing the genre.
And most of the art is fantastic.
Sometimes music can turn into its own dig and then next thing ya know, you've found a hidden gem or two.
Gonna have to look up this military synthwave.
