Back in 2016 Comey made the statement that no court in the land would convict Hillary over her use of email. What we're seeing here is that no court in the land will free an innocent man who knows where the bodies are buried.
This is why none of the DS traitors have been tried yet (in public, at least). They cannot be convicted.
It'll be interesting to see if FISA has been used to collect comms to/from Sullivan, and if so, where they lead.
