Do anons understand what the Payroll Tax Deferral includes yet. I cannot locate an Executive Order on the Payroll Tax deferral. All I see is a Presidential Memorandum for it. I read that and then searched on the applicable laws referenced in the Memorandum and I still have no idea what is going on.

Payroll Tax is variously defined to include FICA (or FIT), Social Security and Medicare.

Are all three of these being deferred or just one or two? I'm looking for a reputable source of info because MSM seems to be trashing the whole idea.

He meant that there will be no cuts to SS. SS will be coming out of the General Fund as POTUS answered the reporters question so SS is definitely being deferred from our paychecks.
